At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Maximum age 40 years old
Good interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written.
Has high level of integrity, sound analytical thinking and self-driven.
Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good command in English.
Preferably have working experience in school
Can build good relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Experience in managing teams
Open-minded and creative personality
Understanding digital marketing channels

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Make marketing & acceptance planning and ensure its implementation is on target (acceptance of new students)
Manage Social Media Team and Public Relation team (supervising)
Make budgeting and LPJ activities Marketing Departements.
Directing and monitoring team performance to be effective and quality.
Planning, carrying out effective marketing promotions (digital and non-digital) and evaluating the results, follow up and analyze for the next programs
Create, collect and follow up existing or new databases.
Coordinating cooperation with vendors
Increasing brand recognition by PR activities
Creating influencer marketing campaigns
Managing website content
Supervising all social media channels
