Global Prestasi Montessori School organized "Fruitopia," a series of fruit-themed events to celebrate the end of the first bimonthly term.
The primary objectives of these activities were to introduce children to various types of fruits and their shapes, as well as to enhance their confidence by participating in role-play situations where they "purchase" mango and apple juices.
Children engaged in activities such as creating fruit skewers and observing a juice-making demonstration. The fruits were peeled, cleaned, cut into small pieces, mixed with sugar and water, and blended as part of the activity. The children exchanged juice vouchers for freshly made juice while enjoying the activity and listening to the whirring sound of the blender.
Parental assistance was invaluable, as they recorded these moments to cherish the memories. Parents took photos and videos to ensure they could remember the enjoyable moments. Their participation not only helped the event run smoothly but also allowed them to be actively involved in their children's educational journey.
The motto, "Eating a piece of fruit daily will prevent grumpiness," perfectly encapsulated the event. This project not only focused on teaching children about fruit but also on creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
All the children did a fantastic job, and all the parents deserve a huge thank you for their enthusiastic support!

Just like its slogan, 'the candied crescendos,' FORTALS 2024: Dulcero has given me so many sweet memories and gifts. As we know, FORTALS is the Festival of Arts of Global Prestasi School, an annual art event organized by Global Prestasi High School, featuring exciting themes and well-known musicians from Indonesia. This year, my fellow committee members and I were thrilled to be entrusted with continuing this 14-year tradition.
Carrying the theme "Realizing an Independent and Creative Young Generation", this activity was packed with fun and educational activities aimed at training adaptation, independence, and fostering leadership and a sense of community among students.
By interacting with their environment and taking part in a variety of activities, children can enhance their literacy skills and grow holistically. The main objective is to make sure that kids are exposed to public spaces in ways that are creative, engaging, and suitable for their developmental stage.
