Job Specification

English speaking expatriate teacher with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in English Literature Education, Primary Education, or a closely related major.
Experience teaching at the elementary or primary-level, especially in international or bilingual school contexts, is preferred.
Strong classroom management skills with an understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
Certified educator with Cambridge Primary teaching, other relevant teaching certifications, or other relevant teaching certifications is preferred.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
Passionate about supporting young learners’ language development, confidence, and character growth.
Having 5 years of English teaching experience is preferred.

Job Description

Teach English for Elementary students using communicative, student-centered, and play-based learning approaches, aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
Design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that develop students’ listening, speaking, early reading, and writing skills, while nurturing confidence and curiosity in learning English.
Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that encourages active language use.
Integrate songs, stories, games, and simple projects to enhance students’ engagement.
Monitor students’ progress and provide formative feedback to support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with teaching teams and participate in school events, curriculum discussions, and professional development programs.
