Education is one of the main foundations in children's personal development. At Global Prestasi Elementary School, we pay close attention to the development of our students in various aspects, including cognitive abilities and concentration. Therefore, we regularly conduct Psychological Assessments to measure the progress and concentration of our students.
Why is Psychological Assessment Important?
Psychological Assessment is a crucial tool to understand the holistic development of students. This approach helps us provide more effective and tailored education to meet the needs of each student. In order to achieve this goal, we conduct assessments that cover various aspects, including:
General Knowledge Test: This test helps us measure students' understanding of various basic and general knowledge such as simple numeracy, geographical locations, customs, and other general knowledge. The results of this test help us assess students' progress in academic aspects.
Emotional Assessment: Emotional and affective aspects are essential in students' development. Through this test, we can understand how students feel about their school environment and academic activities. This helps us create an environment that supports positive emotional development.
Logical Thinking Test: Logical thinking ability is a key cognitive skill required in various subjects. This test helps us identify areas where students need more support or challenges.
Problem-Solving Ability Test: Students' problem-solving abilities are a critical factor in academic success. This test helps us measure the extent to which our students can face challenges and find solutions.
The results of these assessments are not only used to evaluate students but also to help us design more effective learning. By understanding students' strengths and weaknesses, we can provide appropriate guidance and adjust the curriculum to meet their individual needs.
We also collaborate with counselors and students' parents to discuss the results of these assessments. This allows us to build a close partnership in supporting the development of each student.
